In this BimTube Podcast we speak to Peter Vale, about the importance of clarity of purpose for data and information, enabled by robust processes, governance and the right skills. This episode was recorded in late 2022.

About Peter:
Peter is the Engineering Information Manager at Tideway and is responsible for implementing the Information Management (IM) strategy to deliver BIM at Tideway.

Peter represents Tideway on the Digital Transformation Task Group (DTTG) which exists to support the delivery of Digital Transformation across the Infrastructure Client Group (ICG) members.  He also represents the ICG members on the Digital Framework Task Group (DFTG) who are responsible for delivering the UK National Digital Twin.

Before Tideway, Peter worked as an Information Manager on several major projects including the London 2012 Olympics, Crossrail and HS2.  Whilst at HS2, Peter was also seconded to the UK Government BIM Task Group to support the delivery of BIM Level 2 across several government departments.
